NOTIONS: Thread; Top A - ¹/4 Yd. of ⁵/8" Twill Tape.
SUGGESTED FABRICS: Top A, Tunic B, Dress C - For Stretch Knits Only; Top A - Rayon Spandex; Tunic B, Dress C - Cotton Spandex. Additional Fabric may be needed to match stripes, plaids or one-way design fabric.
